If a substitution is not possible, all cancellations must be made in writing via fax or mail (postmarked) by June 8, 2007. A full refund less a $50 processing fee will be issued at that time. Cancellations received after June 8, 2007, will not be refunded (this includes "no-shows" for the Institute).
