Cancellations/Refunds: We highly encourage substitutions rather than cancellations. Please fax substitute and canceling registrants' names, addresses, phone numbers, and methods of payment to (770) 725-9177. If a substitution is not possible, all cancellations must be made in writing via fax or mail (postmarked) by June 1, 2007. A full refund less a $50 processing fee will be issued at that time. Cancellations received after June 1, 2007, will not be refunded (this includes "no-shows" for the Institute).
