Dr. William N. Bender Hostage Crisis in the Classroom: What Teachers Need to Know! Violence Reduction Strategies: Ideas That Work! Dr. William N. Bender is the author of Violence Prevention and Reduction in Schools. Dr. Bender will conduct concurrent sessions on Hostage Crisis in the Classroom: What Teachers Need to Know and Violence Reduction Strategies: Ideas that Work!

Mr. Alan Foust School Safety/Security for Teachers Drug Prevention Programs that Work! Mr. Alan Foust, author, School Security Consultant, and former police officer, will provide workshops on Drug Prevention Programs that Work! and School Safety and Security Strategies.

Dr. Pat Henley, Director of the Center for School Safety Safe Schools Curriculum: A Model Program Dr. Pat Henley, Chairperson of the Safe Schools Task Force in Missouri, will present the newly developed Safe Schools Curriculum.

Special hotel rates for this conference are available at $99.00 per night for a single, double, or triple.

Registration

Registration is $269 per person with an early bird registration fee of $249 for registrations received prior to December 15, 1998. Registration cost includes the evening meal at the Keynote session on February 25, and a "Coffee and Danish" breakfast buffet on February 26 & 27.
