The form below provides a convenient way to pre-register for the National Conference on School Violence, February 25-27, 1999, at the Regal Riverfront Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri. Once you have typed in your registration information, just click SUBMIT and your form will be e-mailed to Teacher's Workshop. You will then be invoiced for the registration amount due.

Registration is payable by check or money order. After your payment has been received, processing of your registration will be completed. Registrations accompanied by a purchase order (faxed or mailed to Teacher's Workshop)will be processed fully and invoiced.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a $50.00 processing fee for all cancellations. Cancellations must be received 15 days prior to the conference. No cancellations will be accepted after this date.
