We are happy to offer replacement videotapes for our teleconference customers. The Teacher's Workshop policy for replacement tapes is as follows:

Taping rights are a great feature that comes with your purchase of Teacher's Workshop teleconferences. However, since Teacher's Workshop is not able to generate hundreds of videotapes for our downlink sites around North America, responsibility for recording each teleconference workshop lies with the downlink customer. If you find that you need to order a replacement tape, please use this order form to request tapes at $35.00 each (shipping included). The $35.00 charge helps us to cover costs of tape stock, labeling, and shipping & handling, and provides an incentive for our customers to take care of recording locally.

If you have missed the opportunity to record a telecast due to severe weather (e.g., snow storm, severe thunderstorm, tornado), please let us know and we will provide your replacement tape free of charge. However, technical difficulties and scheduling problems are the responsibility of the customer.

If you know in advance that you will not be able to record a particular telecast, or all the telecasts, please give us a call and we will work with you to make sure that you receive the tapes you need.
