Our order form for books/videotapes is set up for printing (for credit card purchases see below) and is offered in three different formats. For your convenience, you may access the order form in either html, pdf, or rtf format:

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES: The great majority of our customers purchase with a check or with a copy of their purchase order submitted along with the order form. We are also happy to accept your credit card purchase, processed through an affiliate business (Georgia Flight Academy). However, we cannot accept your credit card from our website. Please add your credit card number and expiration date to the order form and fax to us at (706) 769-4137; or you may prefer to call us at (800) 991-1114.
